Bruce A. Lessey MD, PhD, is a board certified REI with 20 years of experience and Director of REI with interest in endometriosis, PCOS and unexplained infertility. Paul B. Reproductive Endocrinology Group (PREG) is a private
infertility practice with a state-of-the-art IVF lab.
John E. Nichols, MD. is a Board Certified Reproductive
Endocrinologist who specializes in treating infertility.
He also specializes in advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic
surgical procedures. Many of these procedures can be
done in our private outpatient surgery suite. Our private
modern office has an on-site andrology lab utilizing
CASA (computerized sperm analysis) for semen analysis,
intrauterine inseminations
(IUI, for both husband/partner and donor sperm) and
anti-sperm antibody testing. We have the capability
of doing same day pregnancy testing as well as a variety
